Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented LPN to work night shifts in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a current Tennessee LPN license and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Direct the daily activities of certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents as required.
- Observe changes in resident status and notify the physician and resident's representative accordingly.
- Current Tennessee LPN license.
