As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will work closely with our chefs, servers, and other team members to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home.

Job Specifications:
• Outlet: Bighorn Steakhouse - Keystone Lodge & Spa
• Starting Wage: $12.89/hour + tips (guaranteed minimum of $20/hour inclusive of tips)
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available
• Skill Level: Entry
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Work collaboratively with our chefs, servers, and other team members to create a seamless dining experience
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
