About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at Morgan Properties. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet both company standards and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians in diagnosing problems and making repairs.
  • Provide expert knowledge and trouble-shooting in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structure, and appliance repair.
  • Establish and prepare a 24-hour on-call schedule for the team and be personally available at all times in the event of snow and ice or other on-site emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • One year certificate from college or technical school; and/or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification.
  • Previous job experience in property maintenance, contractors, construction workers, or hotel management maintenance.
  • Valid drivers' license with a good driving record and auto insurance.
  • Personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to live within 30 minutes of the property.
