Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Identify and report any equipment issues or quality control problems.
- Participate in TPM (Total Productive Management) teams to improve process efficiency and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with automated processes.
- Strong math, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require frequent pushing, pulling, lifting, and standing.
- Competitive salary range: $22.46 - $28 per hour.
