Compassionate Caregiver Wanted for Home Health Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including home health, hospice, and private duty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalized Care: Deliver one-on-one care to clients, following their individualized plans of care and promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Monitor and Report: Track clients' vital statistics and report any abnormal findings to the case manager and physician.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed, and document the results of these interventions.
  • Collaborate with Care Professionals: Complete routines established by other care professionals, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists.
  • Infection Control: Ensure infection control policies are maintained at all times, report possible communicable diseases or infections, and implement infection control procedures.
  • Accurate Documentation: Document nursing actions, communication with family, case manager, and physicians, and document progress and outcomes for established goals.
  • Supply Management: Order supplies, medications, and feedings as needed to ensure adequate amounts are on hand.
  • Incident Reporting: Monitor incidents involving individuals, complete incident reports, and inform case managers.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all medical equipment is maintained and report faulty equipment for repair.
