Job Summary: We are seeking a board-certified physiatrist to join our team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with various physical impairments and disabilities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, incorporating evidence-based interventions and multidisciplinary approaches.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and specialists, to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution.

  • Licensure in Wisconsin or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
