- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the care team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience providing personal care to individuals in a home setting is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
