Job Description:

Vibra Travels is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to work in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at a hospital in Dexter, New Mexico. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor
  • Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP)
  • 1 full year of RN experience; Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required
  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
