The practice is experiencing rapid growth and is supported by a top-notch partner, clinical, and administrative team. • Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor
• Helps set the tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture
• Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to the clinical team on clinical process and preferences
• Markets to new and maintains existing referrals
• Examines, diagnoses, and treats the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teeth
• Administers anesthetics
• Performs root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomies
• Addresses traumatic dental injuries
• Stays up to date with new trends

• Surgical experience preferred
• DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program
