About the Role

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the hotel's public spaces, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and guest rooms
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
