Vocal Ensemble Conductor Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Vocal Ensemble Conductor Leader to join our team at the Choir School of Delaware. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our music program, leading rehearsals and performances, and collaborating with staff to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive music curriculum for our vocal ensemble.
- Lead rehearsals and performances, ensuring high-quality musical experiences for our students.
- Collaborate with staff to establish meaningful goals and objectives for the music program.
- Provide individualized instruction to students, focusing on musicianship development and vocal technique.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Choral Conducting and/or Vocal Music Education; Master's degree preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in the performing arts industry.
- Vocal pedagogy proficiency and youth voice experience are highly desirable.
- Experience working with under-served communities and non-profit organizations is an asset.
Estimated Salary: $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
