- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer prescribed medications, immunizations, and injections accurately. Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Provide basic wound care, including cleaning and bandaging injured areas.
- Record and Maintain Accurate Medical Records: Record and maintain accurate medical records in our computer system.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Georgia LPN License: Must hold a valid Georgia LPN license.
