Aquatic Educator

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Aquatic Educator to join our team at Nwa Swim School Llc. As an Aquatic Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing aquatic programs for students of all ages and skill levels.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and teaching, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of your students, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement aquatic programs for students of all ages and skill levels
• Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in education or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a swim instructor or in a related field
• Certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid required
• Lifeguard certification preferred
