Sugarbush Resort is hiring an Early Childhood Caregiver to join our Day School team. This is a unique opportunity to work with children aged 6 weeks-6 years old, promoting their growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment.

Job Description

This is a seasonal/full-time position offering an estimated salary of $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. As an Early Childhood Caregiver, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that support the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement daily activities that stimulate child development and engagement.
  • Care for children aged 6 weeks-6 years old, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A high school education or equivalent is required; Early Childhood Education or Human Development certifications are desirable.
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a childcare center or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
