About the Role

Rangam is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of contracts and managing the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Implementation: Responsible for implementing contracts, including custom contracts for Enterprise Accounts, and ensuring proper understanding of contracts by C&P Implementation team, Instrument Shipment team, and Field Service organization.
  • Contract Management: Translate terms and conditions into actionable items for contract implementation across Field Sales and Service, and coordinate shipping and billing of all Client and third-party products.
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Execute contract lifecycle management activities, including client and customer-initiated amendments, contracted price actions, customer compliance, tracking and reconciliation, shipping discount programs, end of term contract activities, contract-related value adds, and rebate processing.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate load on contracted items that have financial impact, including rebates, government fee payments, GPO administrative fees, price actions, and noncompliance corrections.
  • Training and Development: Play a key role in training and on-boarding new hires in Contract Management Representative role, and maintain and create C&P operating procedures as deemed necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-yr degree in Business, or Finance discipline bachelor's degree or related required.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 months in C&P Contract Management Representative position or comparable, and minimum one to three years' experience in at least one of the following areas: Contracting/Pricing, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing (administration or operations), or Commercial Finance preferably in healthcare related market.
