Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. Your expertise will play a crucial role in diagnosing medical conditions and providing accurate patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients ranging in age from adolescence through geriatric.
- Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and billing information, ensuring the integrity of patient medical images and data while adhering to HIPAA and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory.
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology: Preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) OR R.T. (R)(ARRT): Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) in the state of practice: Required in CA
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
