Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ER Nurse to join our team at Soliant. As an ER Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care to emergency room patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as an ER Nurse.
  • Current ACLS, BLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift Information

  • Nights, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM).
  • Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Holidays.
