Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Audit Representative to join our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions.

• Greet and Assist Guests: Provide a warm welcome to our clients, ensuring their visit is smooth and enjoyable.
• Address Client Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries and concerns.
• Manage Communications: Answer phone calls, redirecting them as needed, and manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages.
• Maintain Office Supplies: Monitor inventory and order supplies, including special requests from staff, to ensure a well-stocked front desk area.
• Ensure a Clean and Organized Workspace: Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area, reflecting positively on our company's image.
• Administrative Support: Provide additional support as needed, including file management and making travel arrangements for executives.
• Close Out Reports: Accurately complete all reports for the day and distribute emails accordingly.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a Front Desk Representative or similar role is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and scanners.
• Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, great problem-solving skills, and a friendly, customer service-oriented personality.
