Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and install boilers and heating systems in various buildings on campus.
  • Perform repairs on steam piping, steam traps, radiators, PRV, boilers, and other mechanical systems.
  • Respond to requests from the campus community and perform duties as required.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Phillips Academy offers a competitive salary of around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including group medical/dental, HSA/HRA, 403(b), and more.
