This position is responsible for planning and executing complex wargames and tabletop exercises for the US Northern Command. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing strategic exercise plans, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic exercise plans to support US Northern Command's mission objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve exercise objectives and ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address exercise requirements and constraints
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on wargaming and exercise planning best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of wargaming and exercise planning principles and best practices
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve complex objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a military or defense-related environment
  • Knowledge of joint and combined exercise planning and execution
  • Experience with wargaming and exercise planning software and tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance
