Job Summary: As a Transportation Coordinator with Alita Care, LLC, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to patients. This role involves local transportation, airport pickups, and assisting with admission duties.

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Arizona State Driver's License, and at least 21 years of age. Previous transportation experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide local transportation services, including courier runs between facilities.
  • Transport patients to and from appointments and meetings.
  • Practice safe driving and obey all traffic laws.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks before using the vehicle.
  • Assist with admission duties in the absence of the Transportation Supervisor / Admission Clerk.


Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
