About the Opportunity

Family of Kidz is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with Early Intervention and Preschool children, providing individualized and group therapeutic interventions to support their development and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
  • Communicate effectively with lead supervisors, coordinators, and families to ensure seamless case management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
  • Develop and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families and school personnel.
  • Collect and report data on IFSP/IEP goals quarterly.
  • Participate in CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews.
About You

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with children and their families. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to collaborate with professionals, and a self-starter mentality, we encourage you to apply.
