* Promote and sell memberships and programs to meet sales goals
* Build relationships and help connect community members to the YMCA

Requirements:

* Eagerness to welcome, connect, and engage with others
* Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
* Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people
* Previous customer service, sales, or related experience
* Solid computer skills and Microsoft Office experience required

Working Conditions:

* Weekday daytime shifts available
* Must also be able to work 2 weekend shifts per month
* Minimum of 2 weekday shifts required plus weekends
* Approximately 15-20 total hours per week
