Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to conduct property inspections for our insurance partners. While experience in loss control is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in insurance, firefighting, military service, or real estate and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange meetings with property owners to perform inspections
  • Capture photographs and assess the overall state of the property
  • Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and in-person
  • Identify potential risks in both commercial and residential properties
  • Compile a concise report of findings and upload images to the designated service platform
  • Adhere to client guidelines and uphold quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions
  • Travel locally to conduct field inspections
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a vehicle, computer, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
  • Strong observational skills and curiosity
  • Ability to take clear photographs and accurately measure areas
  • Proficient in time management and both verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer literacy, including typing, document management, and email usage
  • Experience in construction, firefighting, safety, real estate, or military service is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Applicants must reside within the specified geographic area
