Complete Health Partners is seeking a skilled Limited Scope X-Ray or ARRT Radiology Tech to join our team in West Nashville. As a full-time position, this role offers comprehensive benefits, PTO, and shift differentials with a competitive hourly wage of $32 per hour.

The objective of this role is to provide radiologic coverage for specific times of the week, as well as medical assistant coverage as needed. If you have an ARRT and TN State License (limited or full scope radiography) and are flexible, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, this may be a great opportunity for you.

Our clinic features new DR equipment, with image acquisition and display within 30 seconds and a float-top table. Clinic hours are generally 9 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week.

Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities
  • Operate or oversee the operation of radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.
  • Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure their safety and comfort during the scan.
  • Measure and record patient vital signs, draw blood, give injections, and perform clinical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with procedures directly supervised by the physician.
  • Return calls to patients and respond to their inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Able to work some weekends and be flexible with scheduling.
  • Open to cross-training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Medical Assistant Responsibilities
  • Handle clinical and phone triage duties, routing patient scheduling accordingly.
  • Manage high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with common insurance types, pre-authorizations, and pre-certifications is required.
  • Obtain patient vitals, history, and perform effective telephone triage.
  • Assist with procedures, demonstrating good initiative and anticipating the needs of the provider.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is mandatory.
  • Limited Scope imaging certification is required; Full Scope imaging certification is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Radiology Technologist experience is preferred.
  • Prior physician office/clinic Medical Assistant work experience is required, with 1-year Internal Medicine/Primary Care office experience being preferred.
  • Knowledge of medications, including calculating dosages and administering injections (IM, SubQ & ID), as well as PO medications, IV experience appreciated but not required.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary; Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation, along with excellent communication, customer service, organization, and telephone skills.
