Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $107,504 and $224,752, based on an hourly rate of $51.64 to $108.15.

Job Description: As a Nurse Practitioner Oncology with CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Rapid assessment, nursing diagnosis, and collaboration with MD partners to ensure safe patient diagnostic testing and optimal plan of care.
  • Performing advanced practice procedures and utilizing the nursing process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of patients.
  • Assuming personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in an advanced practice setting, with oncology experience preferred.
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
  • A Master's Degree in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner from a nationally accredited postgraduate certificate program.
  • Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing and licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner.
  • Board certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, in applicable population foci and/or sub-specialty.
  • RN License and BLS from the American Heart Association (if required by practice setting).
  • Prescriptive Authority or Provisional Prescriptive Authority, if applicable for the role with associated articulated plan.
