Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at JOANN Stores. As a Key Holder, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and inspired.
    • Use the F.A.S.T. service model to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
    • Engage with customers, build relationships, and promote JOANN's products and services.
  • Sales and Operations
    • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
    • Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a high level of productivity.
    • Assist with opening and closing store procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Support store management in leading the sales floor team, observing, and coaching team members.
    • Participate in identifying opportunities to drive sales and business growth.
    • Collaborate with team members and store management on projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a customer-centric environment preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods.
