Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting thorough patient evaluations to identify areas of need and develop tailored treatment plans
• Implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and education
• Evaluating patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed, and communicating effectively with patients and families
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and students, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:
• A graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current state licensure and certification as a Registered Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience, preferably in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
