We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Biller to join our team at the US Oncology Network. As a Medical Biller, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of patient and payer accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts to ensure timely payment
- Review and resolve billing errors and discrepancies
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate billing
- Communicate with patients and payers to resolve payment and billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient and payer accounts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years combined medical billing and payment experience required
- Demonstrate knowledge of state, federal, and third-party claims processing
- Demonstrate knowledge of state and federal collections guidelines
