Key Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate ad agency, influencer, celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, online media buying, and other marketing and promotion agreements.
- Review ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of publicity issues.
- Counsel on contest and sweepstakes compliance.
- Counsel on price advertising and recurring subscription programs.
- Advise on loyalty/rewards programs.
- Assist with false advertising, unfair competition, and National Advertising Division dispute work.
- Substantive experience in various areas of advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a group.
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding legal writing and communication skills.
- Experience in a large or medium law firm setting is preferred but not required.
- Annual discretionary bonus.

Compensation range: $180,000 to $205,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
