Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of $54,936 (based on a 26.70/hr wage), including a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) savings plan with company match.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various welding equipment to manufacture high-quality truck bodies.
• Weld metals according to customer requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with junior welders and production leaders to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
• Supervise welding operations and train junior welders on best practices.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to company safety protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in welding or a related field.
• Ability to pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency in multiple welding materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet productivity targets.
