Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate the bailer equipment.
  • Maintain clear pathways and floors by removing cardboard and other waste materials.
  • Assist in the manual loading and unloading of trucks and pallets.
  • Ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly.
  • Keep restrooms stocked and clean at all times.
  • Daily maintenance and cleaning of break areas.
  • Operate the sweeper as required.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodations. The role requires frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying. Candidates should be prepared to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures throughout the year. Overtime may be necessary based on operational needs, sometimes with little notice. Previous experience in a warehouse or forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory. Dependability, teamwork, and strong attention to detail are essential attributes.
