Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in med-surg nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment, medication management, and wound care. Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) or current registered nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of Texas required
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
