POSITION SUMMARY
The role involves upholding exceptional cleanliness standards across all public spaces within the establishment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (This list is not exhaustive)
- Tasked with sanitizing all gaming machines, restrooms, pool areas, floors, windows, walls, staircases, and elevators, including vacuuming all surfaces.
- Accountable for maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, TMDR, hallways, and the gaming floor, along with any additional areas as requested.
- Embodies our core values, delivering family-oriented service while aligning with our mission and vision.
- Promotes our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture.
- Completes other job-related tasks as assigned.
- Experience with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, buffers, ladders, dumpsters, floor scrubbers, and hand tools.
- Capable of safely handling cleaning chemicals and utilizing personal protective equipment.
- Able to perform tasks under time constraints in a dynamic or confined setting.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods.
- Frequent actions of pushing, pulling, bending, and walking.
- Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs.
- May work in environments with smoke, moderate noise, and bright lighting.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS: Must demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests, possess strong communication and observational skills, and maintain a friendly demeanor to foster a fun and safe atmosphere for our guests. Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, which may include working on weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
