Job Summary

Host Healthcare is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, and fluoroscopy.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain procedures, and position patients for optimal imaging.
  • Operate imaging equipment, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of experience in interventional radiology or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging modalities and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
