Salary Range: $25-$35/hour

About the Role:

We require a skilled individual with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance. As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks on various equipment and machinery, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of work completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment systemsPerform regular maintenance checks on pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and other production machinesDocument all work completed using the CMMS softwareAssist in fabricating and installing new equipment as neededEnsure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license required
