Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Host to join our team at Santa Fe Cattle Company. As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and escort them to their tables, providing menus and silverware as needed.
  • Manage the waitlist and ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized host station, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
  • Handle special requests and concerns from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform 20-minute restroom checks and customer counts to maintain a high level of service.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
