Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care and support in our Observation Unit. As a RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland
  • CPR certification
  • ACLS certification for designated departments
  • BSN preferred, with a commitment to pursuing a BSN within 6 months for RNs without a BSN
