THE RIGHT STAFF, a reputable recruitment agency, is currently in pursuit of a Full-Time Senior Accountant to deliver specialized accounting support aimed at fulfilling departmental and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data essential for both internal and external reporting, fiscal planning, and project evaluations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial and managerial reports, ensuring thorough documentation.
- Conduct analysis and provide summaries of financial statements.
- Review and verify general ledger activities, addressing any discrepancies found.
- Prepare month-end journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements, including complex accounts.
- Maintain transaction records related to planning and project activities.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established accounting principles.


Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, with a strong grasp of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting - Required.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business - Required.
- Experience with financial reporting systems, particularly Oracle – Preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software, especially Excel, along with a solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis tools.


Compensation and Benefits:
- This is a Contract to Hire position.
- Competitive pay ranging from $35 to $40+/hour, based on experience.
- Standard working hours are 1st Shift, Monday to Friday.
- This role is onsite.
