Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist nursing personnel in preparing patients for surgery and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, providing support and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care and attention
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Certificate from an accredited Surgical Technologist Program
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Scrub Tech in a Hospital Setting preferred
