Key Responsibilities:

Perform personal care tasks that support clients with daily living activities, which may include (but are not limited to):
  • Personal hygiene assistance
  • Mobility support and transfers
  • Assistance with dressing and grooming
  • Meal preparation according to dietary guidelines
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or errands
  • Light housekeeping duties
Conduct client-specific tasks as directed by a supervising nurse, which may include (but are not limited to):
  • Providing supportive care for hospice patients
  • Medication reminders
  • Assisting with prescribed exercises
  • Monitoring blood glucose levels
  • Caring for clients who are bed-bound
  • Incontinence assistance
  • Utilizing lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Hoyer lifts
  • Personal care experience
  • Knowledge of range of motion exercises
  • Foley care experience
  • Companionship skills
  • Light cleaning experience
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
