Meridian Match, LLC is excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in a dynamic medical facility that offers both routine and urgent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide care as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP).
- Engage in patient care three days a week at the Walk-in clinic.
- Dedicate one day to Primary Care responsibilities.
- Conduct 10-hour shifts, ensuring the last patient is seen by 4 PM.
- Manage a patient load of 15-17 individuals daily.
- Work autonomously, demonstrating confidence in clinical decision-making.
