- Lead Educator for Preschool - ages 3 to 4
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on qualifications and experience. Typical shifts are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow educators to cultivate a welcoming and stimulating classroom atmosphere for children to explore, learn, and grow.
- Utilize a growth-oriented approach to inspire young learners and foster a love for education.
- Implement our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting it to meet the individual needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers.
- Establish a safe and nurturing space where children can engage in play and learning.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, sharing updates on their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
- Contribute to the success of the center by collaborating with staff and leadership to meet enrollment and engagement objectives.
- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues to create a vibrant environment where learning and play are seamlessly integrated.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Early Childhood Education coursework is advantageous.
- Must comply with state-specific requirements for the position.
