RN - Clinical Decision Unit Specialist

Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking a skilled RN - Clinical Decision Unit to join our team. As a Clinical Decision Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making informed decisions to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience
