Compassionate Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Compassionate Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will work one-on-one with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing support and encouragement as they strive to reach their full potential.

Your primary responsibilities as a Compassionate Support Specialist will include:
- Accompanying clients on errands and appointments
- Engaging in activities tailored to each client's interests and preferences
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participating in community integration activities that promote social interaction and personal growth
To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must possess:
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with I/DD; paid training available for those without prior experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
