Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder/Cashier to join our team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Support the sales floor team, restocking shelves, and processing transactions
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
