Job Summary:

Cedar Point is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with recipe specifications and standards.
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous service, using suggestive selling techniques to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
