Job Title: Security Level 3

At Ojos Locos, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Level 3 Officer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our patrons, staff, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ID Checks: Verify the identity of patrons and ensure that only authorized individuals gain access to our facilities.
  • Patron Screening: Conduct thorough screenings of patrons to detect any prohibited items or behaviors.
  • Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report any incidents, including details of who, what, when, and how.
  • Use of Force: Report any use of force immediately to the Director of Security and submit a detailed report by the end of the shift.
  • Premises Monitoring: Conduct regular walk-throughs of our facilities to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and staff.
  • Parking Lot Monitoring: Monitor the parking lot from the main door or immediate area to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Smoking Area Enforcement: Ensure that patrons do not smoke in unauthorized areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Coworker Support: Monitor coworker activity for safety and provide assistance when necessary.
  • Security Protocols: Execute the Security's Key items to protect Ojos Locos Agreement.
Work Schedule:

The expected work hours are as scheduled, typically between 5 pm and 3 am on Thursdays through Saturdays and 5 pm to 1 am on Sundays through Wednesdays. You are responsible for clocking in and out during each shift. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Computer Skills: Basic computer skills are required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the field of security is preferred.
  • Certifications: CPR/first Aid certification is required.
  • Continuing Education: Continuing education and training in the field of security are completed annually.
