Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assist with game day operations, including greeting customers, transporting tailgating equipment, and maintaining tailgate sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Transport customers' tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations
- Maintain tailgate sites, responding to any inquiries and/or needs
- Assist the Event Coordinator with day-specific needs
- Ensure proper equipment is readily available upon guests' arrival
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and peers
- Able to work every home game and adapt to varying weather conditions
The applicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time, lifting objects over their head, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Duration- Opportunities to work Friday afternoon/early evening for additional hours
- Must be at least 16 years old and able to work 15 hours a week
