Compassionate Care Needed for a Young Widower [72 years young]
Important Considerations:
- Must have a genuine passion for assisting the elderly
- Minimum of 6 months experience in senior care (experience caring for family or friends is acceptable)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must possess a reliable vehicle with valid insurance and be willing to provide transportation for errands and outings
- Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential
- Ability to commute easily to the client's location
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
If you meet these criteria, we invite you to become part of our dedicated caregiving team.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible shifts tailored to your availability
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Hours: 9 am - 1 pm
As a Care Professional with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to form meaningful connections with seniors and their families while working in the comfort of their homes. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Light housekeeping duties
- Running errands and providing transportation using the client's vehicle
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing mobility assistance
- Supporting toileting needs and managing incontinence
- Preparing meals
- Offering companionship and engaging in conversation
- Some clients may require experience with Memory Care, Dementia, or Stroke support
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $11
- Pay is distributed on the 15th and last day of each month
- Direct deposit available with daily access to earnings if desired
